It then uses these patterns to predict what word, sound, or pixel would come next in a sequence.” (Google Gemini). I have been apprehensive about using AI. I have always thought that it monitored or tracked what you asked and used your conversations in order to grow its database. For our FOED 6320 class, we had an assignment that allowed us to explore generative AI and how it can be used in the classroom. After this lesson, I have begun to consider using AI more. This assignment helped me realize that it is programmed with a data-base. That is why some information provided by it can be inaccurate because it is now outdated or has changed since being entered into the AI database.
